I’m going to use my site as a sort of blog to keep you posted on the happenings this election season and how we can build voter power and bring the fight against the shameful, regressive policies that do nothing to actually improve our lives.

Little Bit About Me
As a volunteer clinic escort with the New Orleans Abortion Fund, I was on the front lines ensuring patients remained safe and shielded from harassment as they sought medical care. I also volunteered with ‘Louisiana for Personal Freedoms’ in the Campaign to defeat Amendment 1 abortion ban on the November 2020 ballot.
I believe in the importance of local libraries as not only a source for literature but also as a community space. I joined a coalition of community members for the Save Our NOLA Public Libraries Campaign to ensure the libraries were properly funded.
I believe that your zip code should not determine the quality of food you have access to. I recently became a board member of Sprout Nola and I am committed to using this position to advocate and support candidates who share my vision of an equitable community food system.
As a bicyclist and a runner. I understand that the city often treats residents without cars as an afterthought. I will advocate for increased protected bike lanes, even sidewalks, and improving RTA’s reliability.
